From planning large scale events to running restaurants, she has dedicated her career to creating unique properties. Our catering menu features a variety of Asian-inspired dishes, including Ochsner Fit - vegan and gluten-free options. We also offer a selection of fine wines, bourbon, and spirits. Enjoy hosting your special occasion in an intimate, well - appointed upscale atmosphere with comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Our Philosophy
At its core, St. Ann is built around one idea: making everyone feel at home. It's a place where upscale doesn't mean exclusion.
The space was thoughtfully designed by Vicky Bayley to be warm and chic — perfect for socializing and gatherings, providing an inviting atmosphere for all occasions. The philosophy has always blended sophistication with genuine Southern hospitality — you get a refined experience without ever feeling like you have to conform.
Since 2018, the ethos has centered on bringing people together over craft cocktails, creative food, and live music — the kind of place where a date night and a birthday party feel equally at home. The menu accommodates various dietary needs, including vegan and gluten-free options, reflecting a genuine commitment to inclusivity — nobody gets left out at the table.
As St. Ann Social & Catering, that same spirit now extends fully into events: the goal isn't just to host a party, but to create a setting where people genuinely connect. The intimacy of the space, the scratch-made food, the curated drinks — it all serves the same underlying belief that great hospitality is really just about making people feel welcome and cared for.
Our Ingredients
St. Ann's food is rooted in scratch cooking with a creative, chef-driven approach. The menu features tapas-style small plates that expertly blend Asian and Creole influences in each dish — a distinctive combination that reflects both the Louisiana Northshore's culinary roots and a broader, more adventurous palate.
Owner Vicky Bayley prepares all of the small plates — using those same Asian and Creole influences throughout. Everything is made from scratch, keeping quality consistent and intentional.
For events, catering menus are fully customizable with flexible pricing, or guests can order directly from the small plates menu, with specialty cocktail bar service also available.

The Northshore's Best
St. Ann Social & Catering is a family-owned intimate event venue and catering operation in Mandeville, Louisiana, evolving from the beloved St. Ann Wine Bar — a Northshore favorite since 2018. Owner Vicky Bayley brings over thirty years of hospitality experience, having built a space that's equal parts upscale, intimate, and welcoming.
In 2026, the concept transitioned fully into a private events venue, offering catering and bar services for birthdays, showers, business gatherings, and other celebrations — with the flexibility in mind.
The venue accommodates lounge seating for 40, bar seating for 40, and outdoor porch seating for up to 20, plus a more intimate private room for smaller groups of up to 15.
In short: same cozy, upscale atmosphere that made St. Ann Wine Bar a local best! — now fully dedicated to hosting memorable private events on the Northshore.
